The Plaza de Toros (bull ring) de Las Ventas, 1929, neo-Mudejar style


The Egyptian Temple of Debod from the 2nd century B.C., rescued from the area flooded by the Aswan Dam and given to Spain as a tribute to the work of Spanish engineers involved in the project.

A tribute to Miguel Cervantes, featuring Don Quixote and Sancho Panza.

The Prado Museum

Train station, taken from the glass elevators of the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofia, a 20th century art museum named for Spain's Queen, established in Madrid's former General Hospital (18th century).
