Bratislava Architecture

Lots of Art Nouveau treasures and plenty of other styles in the mix:

The more contemporary stuff, like Parliament, are less inspiring...

...never mind the Communist-era block apartments

Redeeming them all, however, is The Little Blue Church, a blue & white Art Nouveau confection built 1907-13 and dedicated to St. Elizabeth of Hungary.

















Behind the church is a lovely gymnasium (high school) of about the same period:
