And on to Couches, where we visit the Domaine of the Chateau of Marguerite de Bourgogne. Present owner Manu Cayot is quite the card and his grandparents did a really great job of restoring what they could of the former castle; after the Revolution, many of these old places essentially became stone quarries for the local builders, so it's not always possible to do a complete restoration.
