The Grounds of the Kremlin

Although much of the grounds of the Kremlin are built up or paved over for plazas, it does have some nice gardens.

Ivan the Great's Cathedral of the Archangel Michael, built between 1505 and 1508. Surviving frescoes date from 1652 and it is filled with the tombs of many grand princes, tzars, and some of their sons.
