Ivan Meštrović (1883-1962), a sculptor who made his mark in the Vienna Secession and was admired by Rodin, was well known for his religious sculpture and taught at Syracuse University in New York during the 1940s and 50s. Regrettably, no photographs were allowed in the Meštrović museum in Zagreb, so you'll have to make do with just a photograph of him in his youth.
Mercifully, the Folk Art Museum in Zagreb allowed photograpy.
